The Breakers never seemed to be in sync in their game vs SXP but Haile never quit, doing what he does best, finding the holes in the D and getting up easy shots. Haile kept FBNYC close throughout, and in crunch time, they pulled out the win.
Runner-Up: Erik Gerrard (TEC) 15 pts, 17 reb, 1 blk
Will Cheung(ROC) F | 6-3 | 185 lbs Week 4 Stats PPG: 14.0 RPG:13.0 APG: 3.0
The versatile Cheung does a little of everything for ROC, and he is often the team's best mismatch in half-court offense. He was solid in ROC's first two wins of the season, racking up two double-doubles along with 3 assists per game.
Coutain just followed up a record 32 rebs by leading the league again this week with 19 reb. He also added 3 stl and 1 blk, he's a machine. Runner-Up: Erik Gerrard (TEC) 17 reb, 1 stl, 1 blk
Wat Misaka Defensive Player of the Week
James Li (NYC) 4 reb, 2 stl, 4 blk
No player has been more committed to defense than Li has been so far this season. This is his second week in a row taking Defensive honors.
Runner-Up: Justin Chin (ROC) 6 stl
The High-5 Club Will Cheung (ROC) 13-14-3-3-1 Danny Chin (ROC) 6-5-3-1-1 David Chu (SXP) 21-3-2-1-2 Rudi Coutain (DBS) 6-19-4-3-1 Will Haile (FBN) 26-15-2-1-2 Brian Hu (ROC) 13-6-1-1-1 Ren Hsieh (FBN) 9-4-9-1-1 Chris Lemoine (DFC) 14-12-1-2-1 James Li (NYC) 15-4-1-2-4 Marlon Santos (SXP) 26-6-2-5-1 Chris Youn (DFC) 12-8-7-3-1
Ember Room™ Rookie of the Week R. Morand (DGL) 25 pts, 7 reb, 3 stl
Morand makes a huge difference for the Doogles and the more games he plays, the better, easily their most polished offensive player. R-Up: Chris Lemoine (DFC) 14 pts, 12 reb, 2 stl
The "John Starks" Award
Chris Youn(DFC) | 3-14 FGs (.214)
Youn has had better shooting nights, but in typical fashion, he still led his team to the win with his play-making ability and versatility.
Dishonorable Mention: None worth mentioning
The "Chris Dudley" Award
D. Carroll (DGL) | 4-10 FTs (.400)
When you lose a game by 1-pt in OT every single point counts. Carroll is not a bad FT shooter, and the could have used every one of these.
Dishonorable Mention: Chris Lemoine (DFC) 2-5 FTs

Player of the Game Brian Hu (ROC) 20 pts, 9 reb, 1 stl
In a game that saw more than a few lead changes, it looked as if Team FBNYC was facing a lossdown the stretch. That is until Hulse strapped on the backpack and carried FBN to the finish line. It was aclutch, and very efficient game.
When we say unprecedented, it means we never seen anything even remotely close to this. 32 rebounds is just ridiculous, but the DBS big man had 22 going into the 3rd qtr. We started to root for 40. This is a record that should stand for awhile.
R-Up: Danny Chin (ROC) 22.5 ppg, 4.5 3pg, 2 apg
The Sam Lo Award for Hustlers
R. Coutain (DBS) 32 reb, 1 stl, 1 blk
We don't like to double up but you don't get 32 rebs and not get hustle award. This was stupid. And, low key, too. We didn't know until later. Runner-Up: Not even gonna bother...
Wat Misaka Defensive Player of the Week
James Li (NYC) 9 reb, 2 stl, 2 blk
NYC hasone of the RED's best team defenses, no small feat considering they have no one taller than 6-2. It all starts here with Li.
The High-5 Club Kavan Brandon (DBS) 5-3-3-1-1 Pierre Carras (TEC) 9-3-4-1-2 Will Cheung (ROC) 10-8-2-1-1 Bob Clifford (TEC) 2-4-4-1-1 Rudi Coutain (DBS) 12-32-6-1-1 James Li (NYC) 8-9-5-2-2 Danny Lung (NYC) 6-4-2-1-1 Akin Moses (DBS) 9-5-3-1-1 Eddie Rooker (TEC) 8-4-1-1-1 Ryan Teets (DFC) 7-1-1-2-1
Ember Room™ Rookie of the Week Brian Baker (DGL) 23 pts, 4 rb, 3 ast
It should be no secret that Baker can shoot, but he's strong, physical, with a solid crossover to get open looks, and it was all on display vs NYC. R-Up: Chris Lemoine (DFC) 14 pts, 6 reb, 1 blk
The "John Starks" Award
Kash Miah(DGL) | 3-11 FGs (.273)
This isn't the worst we've seen, but considering Miah's reputation as a shooter, he gets the nod. But, his team still got the win.
Dishonorable Mention: M. Johnson (DGL) 0-8 FGs
The "Chris Dudley" Award
Danny Lung (NYC) | 2-5 FTs (.400)
Luckily for NYC, these misses didn't come back to haunt them. They shot better as a team than last week, but some more repscouldn't hurt.
