2K11 FALL Week 4 Player AwardsFBNYC, 11.22.11
Will Cheung (SNO)
F | 6-3 | 185 lbs
Week 4 Stats
PPG: 27.0
RPG: 11.0
BPG: 3.0

The result might have been a loss but what we saw one of the most dominant performances of anyone this season. Cheung played only 3 full quarters in this game and almost carried his short-handed, undersized SNO team to victory.

Runner-Up:
Victor Chia (JLP) 21 pts, 6 reb, 2 blk
Jeremy Bell (PUN)
F | 6-3 | 205 lbs
Week 4 Stats
PPG: 16.0
RPG: 15.0
BPG: 4.0

Bell was the catalyst in PUN's 2nd straight win over an SNO team that is tougher than they look on paper. Bell has been relentless on D all season with consistent offense. He currently leads the RED with 15.5 rpg and is tied for 2.8 bpg.

RU: Tony Hu (DFC) 14 pts, 12 reb, 4 stl, 3 blk
The Sam Lo Award for Hustlers

R. Chang (JLP) 12 pts, 15 reb, 3 ast

Chang has been great for JLP all season, finding different ways to contribute every game. This time it was a tenacious effort on the boards.

Runner-Up: Jeremy Bell (PUN) 15 reb, 4 blk
Defensive Player of the Week

Tony Hu (DFC) 12 reb, 4 stl, 3 blk

As gifted as Hu is on offense, it is easy to overlook him as a defender. That is always a mistake. DFC's big man was dominant in a win over DBS.

Runner-Up: Antonio Jackson (UNV) 2 reb, 5 stl
The High-5 Club

Drew Chen (JLP) 5-3-8-1-1
Will Cheung (SNO) 27-11-3-1-3
Victor Chia (JLP) 21-6-3-2-2
Al Corporann (DBS) 27-8-1-1-1
Mike Ha (DFC) 7-2-4-2-1
Will Halie (PUN) 10-8-1-1-2
Sedric Hawkins (UNV) 11-11-1-1-1
Tony Hu (DFC) 14-12-4-4-3
Discorama Rookie of the Week

Al Corporan (DBS) 27 pts, 8 reb, 1 stl

It would be a surprise if Corporan didn't have the Most Outstanding Rookie Award locked up now. Another fine effort in a short-handed loss.

Runner-Up: Brian Stanly (UNV) 15 pts, 7 reb, 2 stl
The "John Starks" Award

D. Dowdie (DBS) | 3-13 FG (.231)

Last season's Most Improved player had a tough match-up with DFC (F) Tony Hu. Well, it was a tough night for everyone on the DBS squad.

Dishonorable Mention: Joe Li (SNO) 1-10 FGs
The "Chris Dudley" Award

Rich Chang (JLP) | 4-8 FTs (.500)

Considering the 3-pt loss, every one of these FTs was crucial. Chang isn't a bad FT shooter but on this night, he wasn't a good one either.

Dishonorable Mention: Jeremy Bell (PUN) 2-6 FTs

NEW YORK CITY -- These two Deutsche Bank teams have had no prior relationship, no affiliation, no friends on the opposition. They may as well be strangers, which should make the match-ups very interesting. Both teams come into tonight's game as legitimate title contenders.

After seasons of building their team, DB Strong is finally a powerhouse. You can do no better than scorer (G) Sid Menon, a knockdown shooter from range with a solid floater in the paint. (C) Delano Dowdie and (F) Al Corporan will kill you on the boards and point (F) Akin Moses brings it all together. Moses is the first ever player to get two straight triple-doubles.

First Class, however, looks to win with speed, moving toward a younger line-up, adding (G) James Choi and (F) Scott Lee has paid immediate dividends. Paired with (F) Mike Ha and (G) Leuis Ng, DFC scores in a hurry. (F) Young Yu provides half court scoring presence and when it's winning time, they go to the incomparable (F) Tony Hu. -- Bill Wonton

Match-Up
(G) Sid Menon

B+

(G) Leuis Ng

It's no secret anymore that Menon has been hot fire so far this season. It should be an interesting match-up. Ng does what he does well. Get out in transition and make plays.
(G) Marley Ohta

B+

B+

(G) James Choi

Ohta has been a pleasant surprise for DBS, giving them a big, physical guard with an all around game. Choi is a streaky scorer that can go off anytime, just ask UNV.
(F) Akin Moses

A

B+

(F) Scott Lee

As well as Menon has played so far, Moses may be the MVP. He's been their playmaker and floor leader. Lee is another big time scorer who can put up gaudy numbers.
(F) Al Corporan

B+

B+

(F) Young Yu

There is no other player in the league that works harder than Corporan. He never says a word, not even a peep. Yu is a veteran that can still score in bunches. DFC's floor leader.
(C) Delano Dowdie

B+

A+

(C) Tony Hu

Dowdie is big and physical and has length that makes for plenty of offensive boards, should be a tougher than usual match-up for Hu. But, somehow Hu always gets it done.

BENCH
(G) Ming Wang
(G) Alex Shu
(F) Mike Ha
(F) M. Dougherty
Brandon is the key piece off the bench when available, he is a streaky scorer that can light it up. Walters goes hard every play. DFC has a deep, if undersized, bench. But, they give them plenty of versatility and defense.
